Tim Rice-Oxley hopes to collaborate with the legendary singer/songwriter.

Following Xfm’s first play of new Keane song ‘Stop For A Minute’, keyboardist Tim Rice-Oxley has been telling Dan O’Connell who he’d like to collaborate with next.

Somali/Canadian rapper K’naan features on the new single and Rice-Oxley would like to continue the collaborative vein.

“Probably my all time musical hero is Paul Simon, I’d love to make music with him.

“The other guy who we have done a little bit of work with and spent some time with is Kanye West who I think is one of the great musical pioneers of our age. We’ve done some things together and spent a bit of time together and he’s a very inspiring man to be around. I hope it’s something we do make use of on a record at some point”.
